  Just left and am just sick over our experience. We went for a family members birthday. Service was horrible, took forever to get asked for drinks, didn't come for water refill till we were done with meal. Bread was hard as a rock and burnt and just ordinary butter. Waitress brought new bread and was shaped like a dog bone and hard. Luckys is known for their bread and butter. Horrible! Ordered a 22 dollar steak medium well and was well done inside and burnt on the outside. Just sick. Manager came and blamed it on cooks not making things all the same. She took a whole 12 dollars off our bill. Not impressed with how she handled our issue at all!! You should be able to go eat here and know you are going to get the same yummy bread and steaks any day and any time. Wont be going there again.

  Last visit was Woods and Waters weekend September of 2016, waiter was very good but food was HORRIBLE. Went back today February 11th 2017 thinking maybe it will be better. Again our waitress was very good the food again not so much. Food wasn't horrible this time but wasn't far off from it. Will not be going back for a very long time. Not sure if it's a new cook staff or different management but not impressed at all. Used to be very good in all aspects but not as of lately. We drive a good distance to eat here, well we use to as I said earlier we won't be back for along time.

  The food here is wonderful! Big portions, fresh & delicious. Love the big fireplace and the cozy, upscale atmosphere.
